Under Mr. Stone’s leadership the company continues to out perform in its managed properties and developments. A managed property was recognized as one of the Top 50 Ski Resorts by Condé Nast, and received Small Business of the Year in Summit County, Colorado.

Mr. Stone’s in depth experience includes: multi-property sales and marketing, operations and strategic planning; International markets; revenue maximization; homeowner and association relations; operations; resort openings, new property development, branding and design; distressed property turnaround; acquisitions, and asset management. Stone is actively involved serving as a board/committee member of the Summit County Chamber, Advisory Board of Economic Development in Colorado, the International Spa Association (ISPA), and many other organizations.

Mr. Turner has been instrumental in establishing business direction, policies and procedures, quality and service standards, and coordinating effective communication with ownership. Under Mr. Turner’s guidance profits have increased significantly with owned and managed properties.

Mr. Turner’s hospitality background is significant in domestic and International markets. With extensive operational resort management experience throughout the world in nearly a dozen countries. This strength provides Sovereign Hospitality with a competitive insight and advantage for management and development throughout the globe. Turner is actively involved serving as a board/committee member of the Summit County Chamber, the I-70 Coalition, Colorado Higher Education, and many other organizations.
